Desde siempre los libros de autoayuda habían sido mis favoritos y aunque de un tiempo para acá he conocido otros géneros que llaman más mi atención, llega a mi este libro que sin muchas expectativas comienzo a leer, aun sabiendo que muchos repiten y repiten lo mismo, sin embargo me parece una guía bastante sencilla pero totalmente compleja en su aplicación, claro, apelando a mis hábitos personales. Lo recomiendo porque a diferencia de muchos otros, me han encantado los recursos que ofrece.
