Es un libro que sí, al principio, es bastante amenazador debido a su tamaño, sin embargo, una lectura absuelta al arrepentimiento. Es un libro que habla de la realidad de los mexicanos buscando el sueño americano, del proceso de llegar a estados unidos, en especial desde la perspectiva de una mujer, que suelen ser más propensas a sufrir alguna agresión sexual. También sobre, el incertidumbre que sientes los padres que se les dificulta tener un bebé, los padres de acogida y como sufren emocionalmente también. Habla del amor, y de las diferentes facetas que puede tener, el amor de una madre, el amor de un padre, el amor de una madre de acogida, el amor de la familia, el amor pasajero, el amor compasivo, etc. Es un libro que considero abarca muy bien todos sus temas tratados, temas delicados y fuertes. No oculta la hostilidad de eventos que se ocurren día a día, que provocan tanta impotencia. Simplemente un libro con una gran premisa que para nada te deja abajo en cuanto expectativas. No le tengan miedo a este libro, y atrévanse, qué seguro lo disfrutarán.
