This secret sect of Young Elites seeks out others like them before the Inquisition Axis can. But when the Daggers find Adelina, they discover someone with powers like they've never seen. Me encanta cómo escribe Marie Lu me gusta mucho los mundos que crea y me encanta su narración que nos atrapa desde un inicio. En esta historia hace 10 años hubo una enfermedad una fiebre de sangre que mató a muchas personas y las que sobrevivieron quedaron con marcas y cicatrices y las demás personas creen que son abominaciones y las llaman malfetos algunos de estos comienzan a tener dones o poderes y la gente empieza a cazarlos. Conocemos a Adelina la cual enferma junto a su hermana y madre la que termina muriendo, Adelina queda con su padre el cual prefiere a su hermana por no quedar con marcas y desprecia a Adelina por perder un ojo y tener cicatrices, un día Adelina trata de escapar de su padre y termina encerrada, prisionera y a punto de ser ejecutada en una hoguera. Me gusta mucho Adelina por su fortaleza y que comete errores y no es perfecta y dentro de ella va creciendo un poder lo va perfeccionando, entrena junto a los jóvenes elite su líder el verdugo que tiene poder de fuego me encanta su historia. Lo que le quita media estrella esque no profundiza en los personajes secundarios ni en sus historias. Lo recomiendo y Dios mío que final!!!😍😍😍
La historia me gustó mucho, la protagonista, el mundo, los personajes, todo fue genial, aunque hubo un par de cosas que no me gustaron, sin duda fue una muy buena lectura.
"La muerto no es lo peor que le puede pasar a un personaje". Una frase que hace tiempo leí, la cual describe perfectamente a los 3 protagonistas de esta trilogía. Hablando de este libro en general puedo decir que es un libro bastante bueno, introductorio y que en cada página sucede algo. La mentalidad de los personajes es retorcida y compleja, cosa que aumenta el beneficio de leerlos. Quiero aplaudir a Marie Lu, porque la última frase de este libro me dejó sin palabras, fue desgarradora y directa para lo que la secuela puede prometer. Fue un gusto leer a estos personajes y en los demás libros, sin duda uno de los mejores del año.
