Sinopsis de LOBO, RAG, AND VIXEN (ILLUSTRATED EDITION)

Lobo, Rag and Vixen, published by Charles Scribner's Sons in 1899, is an anthology of stories by Ernest Thompson Seton. The stories are about Lobo, a Wolf; Raggylug, a Rabbit; Vixen, The Springfield Fox; and Redruff, a Partridge. This edition of the book contains the 17 original illustrations, rejuvenated. Ernest Thompson Seton (August 14, 1860 – October 23, 1946) was a Scots-Canadian (and naturalized U.S. citizen) who became a noted author, wildlife artist, founder of the Woodcraft Indians, and one of the founding pioneers of the Boy Scouts of America (BSA). Seton also influenced Lord Baden-Powell, the founder of Scouting. His notable books related to Scouting include The Birch Bark Roll and The Boy Scout Handbook. He is responsible for the appropriation and incorporation of what he believed to be American Indian elements into the traditions of the BSA.
