A woman dead from a seemingly natural heart attack… Sara Caine, psychic and paranormal investigator, has a gift for finding murder in the most unlikely places. When an elderly client calls her in for a routine ghost investigation at the Sunshine Assisted Living Facility, better known as the former Bockerman Hotel and famous for its Hollywood ghosts, the last thing on Sara’s mind is a serial killer.
